In 2023, drops in dollar volumes could not be easily tackled by focusing on units, but this group of LOs found a way. They worked hard to originate mortgages for as many people as possible, regardless of the loan size. It’s a group led by Paul Volpe, senior vice president/senior loan officer, Nova Home Loans, who ended 2023 with 427 units.
