LenderLive Network and Customer Retention Solutions forge partnership

Jan 05, 2010

LenderLive Network Inc., a provider of business process outsourcing and technology to the financial industry, has announced a strategic partnership with Customer Retention Solutions Inc. (CRS), a comprehensive marketing services firm dedicated to customer relationship management. Together the companies provide mortgage servicers with complete analytics and targeted direct marketing in addition to the back office resources necessary to originate and fulfill loan refinances and loan modifications. The increase in loan modifications and refinances has meant that servicers now must more closely manage their portfolios than before the market shifted. CRS evaluates portfolios and, through the use of statistical analysis of loan payments, can give servicers an advanced indication of how loans are likely to perform. In its relationship with LenderLive, CRS offers the marketing services (via development and distribution of mailers) to reach these homeowners. Once homeowners respond, LenderLive then equips servicers with call center support as well as the capability to originate and provide back office fulfillment services. “By working with CRS, we can help servicers manage the cost of marketing and fulfillment more efficiently, creating an end-to-end comprehensive solution,” said Rick Seehausen, president and CEO of LenderLive Network. “The current market has made it crucial for servicers to employ the best method of retention for the loans they service. These services are designed to assist servicers with understanding and target their voluntary pre-payment risks as well as the risks associated with involuntary default.” David Disser, president of Customer Retention Solutions, added, “We believe this partnership will allow us to put LenderLive in touch with our clients who are in need of more robust call center services as well as origination and fulfillment services.” For more information, visit www.lenderlive.com.
