Nations Direct Mortgage has announced the promotion of Martin Warren to senior vice president of wholesale and correspondent lending. In his role, Warren will lead the sales and fulfillment teams for the wholesale and correspondent channels at the Irvine, Calif.-based company.

Warren has been a partner at Nations Direct Mortgage for more than eight years, joining the company in 2007.

“Martin has been instrumental in the company’s success over the past eight plus years and we look forward to his leadership in this new role as we continue our nationwide expansion,” said Dan Upton, CEO of Nations Direct.

With $3 billion-plus in originations in 2015, Thompson Reuters recently named Nations Direct Mortgage in the top 25 Wholesale FNMA and FHA issuers. Nations Direct Mortgage is an approved Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae direct seller/servicer.
