Bill Maw Joins LenderLive as CFO

LenderLive Services LLC, headquartered in Denver, has acquired reQuire Holdings LLC, a Virginia Beach, Va.-based group of companies that provide compliance, quality assurance and valuation solutions

LenderLive Holdings Inc.LenderLive Holdings Inc. has announced that Bill Maw has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Maw joins LenderLive with more than two decades of financial experience.
 
Prior to joining LenderLive, he was Chief Financial Officer of Liquidnet Holdings Inc. for more than a decade. During his tenure at Liquidnet, Maw was responsible for all aspects of finance for the company, led the company’s capital raising process and oversaw acquisitions. In addition, Maw was also responsible for forecasts, analysis and reporting of business performance, and preparation of board material.
 
Prior to Liquidnet, Maw held a series of senior finance positions at General Electric including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at GE Equipment Services, Controller an Head of the Transaction Advisory Group at GE Capital Aviation Services, and Controller at GE Global Consumer Finance. He also spent two years in the Technology Group at GE Equity, where he was involved in originating and managing equity investments. Prior to GE, Maw spent more than 10 years in public accounting.

Maw is a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee of PYXERA Global, an international NGO. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology IDEAS Global Challenge.
