FirstClose has announced the launch of its FirstClose ONE platform

FirstClose has announced the promotion of Chuck Bloodgood from Senior Vice President of Technology to Chief Information Officer, where he will oversee the people, processes and technology within FirstClose’s IT department to ensure they deliver outcomes that support the goals and objectives of the company. Bloodgood will play a key leadership role in the strategic, technical and management initiatives that mitigate threats and drive business growth.

During his four years at FirstClose, Chuck has built a strong team of innovative IT professionals who are delivering new, leading-edge software systems to help rapidly grow the company into a nationally recognized provider of mortgage settlement services.

Chuck began his career at IBM, quickly rising to senior consultant and helping to automate the manufacturing operations of large industrial clients. He subsequently served as Vice President of Technology for an industrial equipment supplier, a startup and the first fully automated job connecting system.

“Chuck has been a critical asset to our team by adding a strategic, technical focus to company management,” said Tim Smith, Co-Founder and President of FirstClose. “We are looking forward to the contributions he will undoubtedly bring in his new role as he leverages technology and data to further improve the customer experience.”
