Indecomm Global Services has announced that it has released new product features in its
IncomeGenius automated solution for income calculations. This product release provides all of the software’s mortgage loan cycle users, including Loan Originators, Loan Processors and Underwriters, with new tools to access preliminary income calculations and streamlined navigation to detailed resources.
“We are always seeking ways to enhance our software, create efficiencies, and improve usability for our clients,” said Rajan Nair, Chief Executive Officer, Financial Services, Indecomm Global Services. “Based on client feedback and focus groups, we have made robust updates to IncomeGenius that benefit our full spectrum of users. Loan originators will save time and increase productivity with a simplified review of preliminary income calculations, and mobile, on-the-go access to this data. Operations team members, including loan processors and underwriters, will appreciate the added depth and further detailed income calculations provided by the new features.”
Now available in the IncomeGenius software, are the following new product features:
►Updated E-mail Notifications: The e-mail notification template has been modified to provide IncomeGenius users with an on-the-go snapshot of the borrower’s preliminary monthly income calculation.
►Summary View: The users can click on a link within the email and go directly to the income calculation results. A new summary view has been added to easily show the information most Loan Officers need to see and review.
►Centralized Alerts: General Alerts will be accessed in a separate tab, providing easier access to “Alert Messaging” and “Missing Documents.”
