Silver Hill Funding LLC has named Nina Hamilton-Lee as Head of Operations, overseeing management of the processing, closing, and quality control departments. She is also responsible for effectively overseeing risk management relevant to loan considerations within the company’s loan portfolio.
 
“Nina understands the intricacies of small-balance commercial lending like few others in the industry,” said Silver Hill Managing Director Leslie Smith. “The processes she has put in place create a truly enjoyable and dependable transaction experience for both originators and their clients.”
 
Prior to joining Silver Hill, Hamilton-Lee was the Head of Operations at B2R Finance LLC (currently known as Finance of America). She has also held roles of increasing responsibility at Activ Doctors Online, Silver Hill Financial, Bayview Financial, Petroleum Realty Investment Partners LP and Nomura Securities.
