Jim Linnane Becomes National Retail President at Stearns Lending

Stearns Lending LLC has promoted Jim Linnane as National Retail President. Linanne had served as the Division President for Stearns Home Loans over the central and eastern regions since February 2018.

Before joining the Santa Ana, Calif.-based company, Linnane was at Guaranteed Rate as Director of National Sales and at Wells Fargo as Senior Vice President and Division Manager.

“Since joining Stearns, I have experienced first-hand the leadership team’s commitment to providing a world-class value proposition for the loan officer, the customer, and the referral partner,” said Linnane. “As we look at the changing landscape in our industry, Stearns is well positioned for growth and I look forward to working with our team to ensure we remain focused on the customer and all of our sales partners who are on the front-line every day.”
