DeJulio has authored two key industry books, Mortgage Basics 101 and FHA Basics. DeJulio co-founded the ABF Mortgage Academy, a school designed to teach mortgage professionals how to be successful in the mortgage industry. DeJulio is an approved instructor for the NAMB. His proficiency was recognized by the State of Illinois when he was selected as one of 10 experts to write the Illinois Mortgage Loan Originators Examination.
