Susan Staley joins Prommis as VP of loss mitigation

Prommis Solutions LLC, a provider of default processing services, has announced that Susan Staley has joined its business team as vice president of loss mitigation. Staley joins Prommis from Chrisley Asset Management where she served as asset manager for Fannie Mae REO. Prior to that, Staley spent more than 25 years with Fannie Mae, where she lead the development of servicing pilots to establish new loss mitigation policies and procedures and managed internal loss mitigation efforts and operations.

In addition to the many management positions she has held, Staley has also been recognized with several industry accomplishments and awards. Most notable is US Patent 7,558,756 B1 issued July 7, 2009, for a Method and System for Evaluating Loan Workout Scenarios to Staley and two other inventors and assigned to Fannie Mae. She also was awarded a Dale P. Riordan Award for the development of the Distressed Assets Reporting and Tracking System (DARTS).

In her new position, Staley will be responsible for the oversight of the loss mitigation outsourcing operation including the development of new products and services and strategic initiatives within the loss mitigation department.
