The Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA) has scheduled a 20-hour pre-licensing course (pending approval) that will run concurrent with TMBA's 59th Annual Educational Seminar & Marketplace at the Westin Galleria in Dallas, Texas, Monday-Wednesday, Nov. 16-18.
By registering for this course you will receive the mandated 20 hours of pre-licensing education. You will also have the opportunity to join Seminar attendees, industry leaders, account execs, and exhibitors for all Seminar events. This includes the receptions on Monday and Tuesday, breaks, and lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday). All this is included with your pre-licensing course registration (seating is limited to 100 attendees).
Why should you take a TMBA course?
By attending a Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA) approved pre-licensing course you will automatically receive:
► The required 20 hours of education mandated by the Federal government to originate loans in Texas;
► Training from your State's nonprofit association and industry trusted source since 1917;
► A lead instructor serving on the National committee for educational standards;
► A pretest review of the SAFE MLO National & State test;
► Promotion as a TMBA trained mortgage loan originator on TMBA's Web site;
