Industry Vets Announce the Launch of Progressive Valuation

Buddy Richardson and Ken Flowers have opened Progressive Valuationan Appraisal Management Company (AMC) based in Florence, SC. With more than 30 years of combined experience in the real estate appraisal industry, Flowers and Richardson are excited to make the move to appraisal management. The company will offer agricultural, residential and commercial products to its clients.

“Having experience in the industry has helped us a lot," said Richardson. "I have spent a lifetime reviewing reports, and we’re confident that our methodology of utilizing multiple USPAP reviewers—we are able to offer the highest quality reports in South Carolina. We have a pretty niche offering, and adapting to the digital age has really helped us increase our reach.”

Progressive Valuation has chosen TrakLogix, developed by Mindstorm Media Inc, as its appraisal management platform. Progressive Valuation plans to utilize TrakLogix in 2015 for all of their appraisals. Progressive Valuation will offer its services all across South Carolina.
