Jeff Lemieux to lead business lending sales at GMAC

GMAC has announced that Jeffrey Lemieux, senior vice president of fee based servicing, has been appointed to the position of senior vice president of business lending sales, reporting to Adam Glassner, executive vice president of GMAC's business lending and mortgage capital markets. In his expanded role, Lemieux will oversee all customer relationships in the company’s non-direct-to-consumer channel with a focus on growing GMAC’s high quality correspondent and warehouse network and delivering holistic solutions to the firm’s clients. In addition, Lemieux will maintain his current responsibilities leading the company’s mortgage fee based servicing group, where he manages the servicing capabilities that GMAC provides to third-party organizations, including special servicing, prime loan servicing, master servicing, bond administration, recovery services, foreclosure administration and real-estate owned (REO) management. In this role, Lemieux reports to Joseph Pensabene, executive vice president, chief servicing officer. Lemieux joined GMAC in June 2009 as senior vice president of fee based servicing. Prior to GMAC, Lemieux held executive positions at Cerberus Capital Management. Lemieux is based in the company’s Costa Mesa, Calif., office. For more information, visit www.gmacfs.com.
