XINNIX Partners With Envoy Mortgage on Training Initiative

Oct 05, 2010

XINNIX, a provider of interactive online training for mortgage sales and leadership development programs, has announced a corporate partnership with Houston-based Envoy Mortgage to provide its loan officers and branch managers with a comprehensive suite of sales and leadership training programs. “We should always be students of our profession,” said Dana Gompers, executive vice president of Envoy Mortgage. “Envoy Mortgage’s executive team embraces that philosophy personally as well as for each member of our organization. XINNIX’s online training makes it possible for us to confidently and cost effectively train hundreds of loan originators at more than 90 branches nationwide.” Envoy Mortgage researched several training programs before selecting XINNIX. According to Envoy’s executives, the decision easily came down to XINNIX’s ideal mixture of sales and leadership training programs, as well as the convenience of attending classes via an Internet connection from any location. The corporate partnership includes XINNIX EDGE Online, the mortgage sales workshop that empowers loan officers to grow their production; and XINNIX LEADERSHIP Online, which provides sales managers strategies in business planning, recruiting and retention of loan officers, coaching skills and sales force management tactics. In addition to these programs, XINNIX will provide Envoy a host of training services on a monthly basis for its loan officers and managers. “Today’s success is not necessarily tomorrow’s future,” said Casey Cunningham, president and founder of XINNIX. “The industry is starving for education, and we are here to provide it. We founded XINNIX on the four principles of knowledge, skills, discipline and ethics. Clients enjoy our professional standards and teaching methodology as it is in alignment with the future of our industry.” “The trainers at XINNIX are not just cheerleaders of the mortgage process,” said Gompers. “They provide our employees with the raw tools needed to succeed in today’s market.” For more information, visit www.XINNIX.com or www.envoymortgage.com.
