Lisa Scott Joins MountainSeed Appraisal Management

Jan 10, 2012

MountainSeed Appraisal Management, a provider of appraisal management services to community and regional financial institutions, has announced that Lisa Scott has joined the company’s sales division. In this role, Scott will be responsible for developing new relationships in all of MountainSeed Appraisal Management’s core competencies including loan review, appraisal management, loss-share advisory and valuation services. “I look forward to serving our clients with the highest possible service and delivering a client experience that is second to none,” said Scott. “MountainSeed Appraisal Management is continuing to grow and expand into new regions and I am excited to be a part of it.” Scott brings a wealth of industry knowledge to MountainSeed Appraisal Management from her years of working in the banking, title and appraisal industries. Prior to joining MountainSeed, she was the national sales manager for Valuation Management Group, where she cultivated relationships with local and national mortgage lenders, community banks, and credit unions. Scott originally established herself as an account executive with First American Title Insurance Company, where she worked for more than 15 years. There, she developed long-term relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers, wholesale lenders, real estate agents, builders and real estate attorneys; and successfully sold mortgage-related products and provided quality control (QC) and post closing assistance (including negotiation of claim resolutions to ensure client satisfaction). “Lisa’s proven sales and leadership skills make her an ideal addition to our executive team,” said Carl Streck, principal of MountainSeed Appraisal Management. “Her industry knowledge combined with her personable demeanor offers our clients a great resource.”
