Patrice Power Joins LenderLive Network as SVP of Marketing

LenderLive Network Inc. has announced that Patrice Power has joined the company as senior vice president of marketing. Power will direct the creative vision and execution of LenderLive’s brand and divisional marketing strategy, ultimately to enhance communication across customer relations and sales efforts. Power brings more than 30 years of brand marketing and management skills to LenderLive. She has created and implemented strategic marketing plans as well as public and media relations and advertising campaigns for Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 companies. Power has driven revenue increases of more than $22 million for three Fortune 500 companies; led a marketing team to win seven MarCom Creative Awards and one Communicators Award; and has managed teams of up to 22 individuals with annual budgets reaching $1.5 million. “Patrice’s industry knowledge and background will help us strengthen our [corporate] message of offering a partnership of technology and specialized expertise to an industry constantly looking for ways to operate more efficiently,” said Rick Seehausen, president and chief executive officer of LenderLive Network. “It is invaluable to have someone on our team who is as well-versed and skilled in marketing and management practices as Patrice. Her strong leadership skills will be paramount to the continued growth of LenderLive.” Power joins LenderLive from CoreLogic where she was director of marketing, leading B2B marketing, PR and advertising for $320 million valuations and mortgage servicing divisions. She was also director of marketing, at Sabre Holdings, responsible for creative designs and managing seven marketing campaigns; achieving a 20 percent year-over-year sales increase of $15.8 million in result. Additionally, Power was vice president of insurance sales and marketing for Citigroup and division manager for compliance management systems with NCH Corporation.
