The new building contains more space, expanded customer service capabilities and tightened security. To better serve customers on the West Coast, the customer service department in the centralized location offers extended hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. The building also has heightened security to protect the highly confidential information contained in Credit Plus' systems. New advancements include fiber optics for data transmission, security codes and fingerprint scans grant access to buildings and a backup generator that provides an added energy supply for up to two weeks.
