IMX unveils WebPriceXpressMortgagePress.comIMX Inc., WebPriceXpress, integrated technology IMX Inc. has released WebPriceXpress, a new Web service that allows lenders to integrate IMX's patented product discovery, net-adjusted pricing and online locking technology into their existing Web site. WebPriceXpress allows the lender full control of its user's interactions. The lender can customize the entire workflow, and has complete control of the loan and pricing data. WebPriceXpress supports dynamic price adjustments that are evaluated and applied "on the fly," making the pricing engine flexible. It also provides IMX's product discovery tools, enabling end users to identify "partial match" or "near hit" details that tell a user what the required loan parameters are for a specific program. The user can then make the necessary changes, if possible, which will make the loan eligible for the selected program, and return the net-adjusted pricing. WebPriceXpress also leverages open standards and protocols, such as MISMO 2.3.1, XML HTTP and SSL, and provides loose coupling between client and Web service, greatly facilitating extensibility and making it possible for either piece to change without negatively affecting the other. WebPriceXpress is available as a stand-alone product or in conjunction with IMX Inc.'s other products. IMX Inc., based in Houston, is a provider of software solutions for the mortgage industry.
