With this new module, managers of mortgage companies can track the licensing requirements of all of their employees, including renewal dates, required continuing education hours, approved courses and other state licensing requirements. The new module works in conjunction with MTI's mortgage licensing database. MTI tracks the mortgage license types required by each state and maintains general license requirements, in addition to tracking the required hours of education and those MTI classes that are approved for continuing education in each state for each license type.
