Through a simple Web-based form, registered brokers can post thorough listings of residential or commercial mortgages they desire to place with lenders. Registered account executives and lenders can then search for compatible loans and place bids for loans they wish to fund. With customized search settings saved within the account executives' profiles, automatic notifications of matching listings are sent to their e-mail inboxes with corresponding links that allow them to more easily navigate the site and bid on loans.
