The guide is designed to help bankers communicate more clearly and conduct business with Spanish-speaking customers. The guide includes words and phrases that allow the user to carry on simple conversations in Spanish. It is divided into sections based on banking transactions, such as visiting a teller, deposits, lending, mortgages and customer identification. Each section includes Spanish translations of words and phrases, along with phonetic spellings, to help with pronunciation.
