Mortgage Training Institute approved to teach in South CarolinaMortgagePress.comSouth Carolina mortgage broker training, Mortgage Training Institute Mortgage Training Institute (MTI) has been approved to conduct education classes that satisfy South Carolina's requirement that all residential mortgage originators complete eight hours of continuing education within 90 days of employment (if they do not have six months of experience in the industry) and another eight hours of education prior to April 1 to renew their licenses for the following year. "We are excited that our high-quality training has been approved for continuing education in South Carolina," said Jon Exley, MTI's vice president of operations.
