The program is designed to equip selected third-party technology providers with the training, tools and resources to effectively service the integration needs of Ellie Mae's Encompass users. "Our customers have traditionally turned to us for expert integration services and technology advice for the deployment of Encompass," explained Joe Puthur, director of hosted and professional services at Ellie Mae. "When it comes to technology support, though, we know they need more than just Encompass support. They also need support for other technologies they rely on, such as servers, PCs, etc. Now, as an extension of our services, our customers have the ability to leverage the services of selected technology providers that can confidently assist with Encompass systems, as well as other technology systems they are running."
