Advectis adds The StoneHill Group to list of QC providers

The Web portal helps brokers to close more loans faster by providing real-time access to pricing, pre-qualifications, credit and debt management and automated credit approvals at the point of sale. The solution is being marketed to HMIC's brokers under the name of HELPS, or Harbourton Electronic Loan Processing Solution. Key functionality within the broker portal includes automated best-fit product and pricing determination, the ability to pull and re-pull credit, debt management and deal structuring, view up-to-date pipeline loan status, rate-lock capability and automated underwriting approvals complete with pricing, underwriting conditions and exceptions. Portellus has also announced that it has reached an agreement with The Pinnacle Companies LLC to streamline enterprise operations for Pinnacle's retail, wholesale and correspondent lending channels. The combination of Portellus' loan origination system, automated underwriting system, business rules management system (BRMS) and various portal offerings will enhance the ability of Pinnacle's multiple business units to respond quickly to marketplace changes via one integrated solution. Pinnacle's underwriting rules will be powered and centrally managed by Portellus' BRMS, which empowers Pinnacle's internal business with the on-demand change management necessary to efficiently create and maintain rules without the need to heavily rely on its internet technology department.
