American Brokers Conduit partners with Ellie Mae Inc.MortgagePress.comAmerican Brokers Conduit,Ellie Mae American Brokers Conduit (ABC) has announced their partnership with Ellie Mae Inc., a mortgage industry software and services provider. In early October, ABC joined the Ellie Mae ePASS Network, allowing brokers to submit their 1003 lock information through their desired loan origination system (LOS) or through ClickLoan, via www.abconduit.com. Currently, more than 37,000 brokerages utilize the ePass Network, which averages dmore than 125,000 visits per day. With the introduction of ePASS and ClickLoan to ABC's menu of broker tools, the lock process will be simplified, allowing mortgage brokers to upload lock information online from two additional points of entry. Approved brokers will be able to upload their borrowers' lock data directly from their LOS through the ePASS Network with just two clicks of their mouse. Brokers will simply select American Brokers Conduit from the ePASS preferred lender list and then click on "Register/Lock New Loan" from within the ABC storefront. Users will then be able to proceed with uploading their lock information. In addition, ClickLoan will allow approved mortgage brokers to upload their borrowers' lock information directly into www.abconduit.com through their preferred LOS. Mortgage brokers will log into the ABC Web site and have the ability to select from five leading programs--Encompass, Genesis 2000, Contour, Calyx Point and Byte--and upload loan information securely from whichever LOS they prefer. Both the ePASS and ClickLoan upload options will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the last year alone, more than eight million transactions were completed through the ePass Network.
