American Brokers Conduit (ABC) has opened a new branch office at
1390 Willow Pass Road, Suite 530 in Concord, Calif. This new
location--ABC's 25th branch office in the United States--opened in
August 2005 with a total of 15 employees, including Branch Manager
Shelley Thurlow.
"Opening an office in the East Bay has been one of our top
priorities on the West Coast for almost a year," said Al Crisanty,
senior vice president of ABC. "However, we were waiting for just
the right person to join our team to manage and build this
business. Shelly Thurlow is one of the most capable sales and
operations managers in the wholesale mortgage origination business

professional onto our team."
Thurlow comes to ABC with more than 20 years of mortgage
experience, ranging from operations to branch management. The
majority of her career was spent as regional operations manager at
AccuBanc and Union Planters. In 2001, Thurlow opened, managed and
grew a wholesale branch for Union Planters in Northern California.
While in this position, Thurlow was recognized by Union Planters as
the "Best Wholesale Branch Manager" and for managing the number one
branch in volume and branch profitability.

professionals on board will give ABC a tremendous opportunity to
provide added local support to our existing customers, as well as
