Chase launches qualified homebuyer programMortgagePress.comQualified homebuyer program, Chase Chase has launched Premier Builder, a program designed to make mortgage financing easier for qualified consumers buying homes from premier homebuilders - homebuilders that have been in business for five consecutive years, demonstrated sufficient net worth and generated annual sales of at least $50 million. Borrowers also benefit from extended rate-lock terms of up to 24 months, including a market rate float-down option within 60 days of closing. "Through Premier Builder, we have scaled back the documentation we require of qualified buyers, and we have stepped up efforts to reduce processing hassles, so buyers can close on time," said Rich Miller, Chase's national builder executive. Chase, a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Company, is a residential mortgage originator based in Iselin, N.J. For more information, call (800) 962-2053 or visit www.chase.com.
