Fannie Mae changes minimum servicing fee for ARM loansMortgagePress.comMortgage servicing fees Fannie Mae has reduced the minimum servicing fee for most single-family, first-lien, conventional adjustable-rate mortgages to 0.25 percent (25 basis points), with the intent of providing lenders greater execution flexibility. This change in the minimum servicing fee will apply to whole loans and pools of mortgage-backed securities with issue dates of Jan. 1, 2006 or later. The reduction in the minimum servicing fee to 25 basis points matches the minimum servicing fee for fixed-rate mortgages delivered to Fannie Mae. For more information, visit www.fanniemae.com.
