Freifeld, has received the prestigious 2005 Businessman of the Year
award. The award is provided on an annual basis by The Business
Advisory Council to a U.S. business leader who has effectively
integrated business and financial success.

mortgage fraud. In 2003, he co-founded Global Branch Solutions with
