Gardner, owner of Gardner Financial Services Inc., with the 2006 Distinguished Service Award at TMBA's 90th Annual Convention on May 23 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio. Since 1953, TMBA has recognized an individual each year who provides extraordinary leadership and service to the association and the mortgage banking industry, the contributions of whom go above and beyond those of ordinary service.
