Fidelity National updates real estate association management system and launches Web siteMortgagePress.comReal estate search Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions (FNRES) has released version 2.9 of its LAMPS Realtor Association Management System. LAMPS 2.9 offers new features, such as mass e-mail distribution and the ability for associations to manage their own documents, as well as enhancements to current system functionality, all of which are designed to further streamline the association management process. FNRES has also launched a new home and community evaluation Web site, titled Cyberhomes (www.cyberhomes.com). The site provides consumers with access to property information and evaluation content directly from the Web sites of participating real estate companies, as well as information originating from Cyberhomes. FNRES, a division of Jacksonville, Fla.-based Fidelity National Information Services Inc., is a provider of core processing for financial institutions.
