Funding America expands product offeringsMortgagePress.com45/30,50/30,mortgage loans Funding America LLC has announced its "45 due in 30" and "50 due in 30" loan products are now available with adjustable-rate mortgages. The "45 due in 30" and "50 due in 30" loans amortize payments over a longer period than the term of the loan and conclude with a single balloon payment over 30 years. They were made available by Funding America with fixed-rate loans in August 2006.
