Two years later, AllRegs is proud to announce that a record 6,741 professionals have either completed or are currently participating in AllRegs Academy educational programs. "It has been very rewarding to watch our education programs grow and reach a milestone of over 6,700 students in the last two years," said Dan Thoms, AllRegs senior vice president. "Our AllRegs Academy offerings, including classroom, distance learning and customized courses, have gained great momentum over the last year. We are proud of the value-add it brings to our customers and AllRegs product subscribers." AllRegs Academy offers over 40 courses in various topics, such as origination, compliance, quality control, servicing, underwriting and general mortgage knowledge, and features the latest regulatory topics such as HERA, HOEPA, FCRA, and programs such as FHA, VA, and reverse mortgages. Courses are delivered in the classroom, online (instructor-led and self-study) and through audio conference. In addition, AllRegs Academy offers private customized training for companies, either at the customer's corporate location or through blended learning options. "Over the next year, we plan to offer mortgage professionals more programs in our core disciplines of compliance and underwriting, while continuing to meet the ever-growing demand of FHA, VA and reverse mortgage training," said Dan Thoms, AllRegs senior vice president. "We find that our programs are meeting the needs of non-mortgage professionals as well. In fact, our fraudulent document recognition training has attracted law enforcement and government agencies, and we graduated our first class of 50 Certified Fraudulent Document Examiner (CFDE) designees in August 2008."
