Fidelity National Information Services Inc., a Fortune 500
company and a provider of core processing, card issuer and
transaction processing services to financial institutions, recently
named Marcia Danzeisen as senior vice president of FIS' marketing
and corporate communications.
Danzeisen fills the chief marketing role created by the spinoff
of FIS' mortgage processing business earlier this year. Having
guided the marketing, brand management, public relations and
corporate communications efforts of several national and
international companies in the financial services industry,
including serving as senior vice president of Macquarie Mortgages
USA, Chase Home Finance and Bank of America, Danzeisen brings more
than 15 years of strategic and practical experience to FIS.
"We were fortunate to find Marcia—someone with such a
breadth of experience in the financial sector and a wealth of
experience in successfully directing the marketing efforts of
global organizations," said Gary Norcross, chief operating officer,
FIS. "We look forward to working with Marcia as she helps guide and
direct the strategic marketing efforts of FIS."
"It's exciting to be a part of such a dynamic industry leader as
FIS," said Danzeisen. "I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to work
with such a talented and supportive team and I look forward to
leveraging my experience to help FIS achieve even greater
success."
