Capital Direct Financial Inc goes live with Loan-Score's product and pricing engineMortgagePress.comautomated underwriting system, enterprise-class pricing, loan profitability Loan Score Decisioning Systems, an enterprise-class pricing and automated underwriting solutions provider, announced that Capital Direct Financial Inc. has gone live with Loan-Score's product eligibility and pricing engine (PPE), automated underwriting system (AUS) and broker portal. The solution will maximize Capital Direct's loan profitability, reduce cycle times, manage risk, deliver best execution and create overall underwriting efficiencies. Loan-Score's solution will also integrate with ProLender, Capital Direct's back-office loan origination system (LOS). The integration allows for the transparent bi-directional flow of automatic status updates between the two systems complete with real-time loan-level details and conditions management. As a result, the communication gap is bridged between brokers, underwritings processors and account executives. "We tried using two different PPE vendors in the past, but neither was able to deliver the depth of value that Loan-Score's combined PPE and AUS solution brings to our loan officer network, realtors, brokers, banks and credit union partners," said Jerry Poole, vice president of Capital Direct Financial. "When we saw the level of sophistication in Loan-Score's solution, we knew it would take our service to the next level and earn us more business from all business channels. Cementing our decision to sign with Loan-Score was their ability to integrate with ProLender so our brokers have full visibility into where loans are at with our operations staff. Most POS and LOS integrations today are just slow batch pushes of data, not an automatic exchange of valuable, time sensitive information." "In today's tough mortgage market, delivering exceptional service is paramount to sustaining and growing a lender's volume," said David P. Colwell, executive vice president at Loan-Score. "Using our integrated decisioning solution, Capital Direct will save their brokers time and increase their pull through rate by instantly letting users know if a deal will work while talking to borrowers at the point-of-sale. The Loan-Score solution establishes a level of service that makes them a much more attractive lender to do business with." Loan-Score will be offering demonstrations of its best-of-breed decisioning solutions at the 95th Mortgage Bankers Association Exposition and Conference at Moscone Center in San Francisco, October 19-22, in booth 330. Contact the company to arrange a discussion time at 949.450.0102, ext. 226. For more information, call (949) 450-0102 or visit www.loan-score.com.
