Colonial National Mortgage opens three new branches in Austin areaMortgagePress.comColonial National Mortgage, Lea Holubec, National City Mortgage
Colonial National Mortgage, a division of Colonial Savings FA
and one of the nation's leading originators of residential
mortgages, has opened three new branches in the Austin area,
bringing the total number of Austin area branches to four. Located
at Mopac Road and Capital of Texas Highway in Austin, as well as
Heritage Center Circle in Round Rock, the three new offices join
Colonial National's long-time branch on West Anderson Lane to serve
homebuyers with a wide array of home loans, including FHA, VA,
Conventional, Construction and Refinance.
Lea Holubec, a top producing loan officer, serves as branch
manager of the three new offices. She is joined by Loan Officers
Jenni Gill, Joan Dumais, Sheri L. Cowan, Stefanie Hernandez, Cheryl
Darter, Joanne Rossa, Sallie Williams, Diane Clark and Lisa Lewis.
All were previously with National City Mortgage and report to Craig
Vecchiola, vice president of retail mortgage production at Colonial
National Mortgage.
According to J. David Motley, president of Colonial National
Mortgage, the three new Austin offices represent part of the
company's overall strategic plan to provide homebuyers with a
higher level of service and a wider selection of loan products than
many lenders are capable of today.
"Colonial National is privileged to already have a large number
of customers in the Austin area because of our long-time branch in
the Crestview area, managed by Mark Orr," Motley said. "The new
locations will enhance our ability to provide mortgage services to
new customers in one of the fastest growing areas of the country.
While other mortgage companies are shrinking or shutting down,
Colonial National is in a very strong financial position, and we're
able to expand our retail footprint with highly professional and
experienced Loan Officers who know the Austin market well."
