Hyland Software partners with Ocwen FinancialMortgagePress.comHyland Software, Ocwen Financial, OnBase, REALSynergy Hyland Software Inc., developer of the OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) software suite, announced a partnership with Ocwen Financial Solutions, a business process outsourcing provider to the financial services industry. As a result of this partnership, Ocwen Financial will recommend Hyland's OnBase system to its broker customers as a complementary product to its REALSynergy loan servicing platform. By integrating document management into servicing, lenders are able to cut costs, reduce paper usage and file storage needs and condense the post-close review process into a matter of minutes. "The partnership between Ocwen Financial and Hyland Software is about providing our staff with the proper tools for an effective lending process," said Deborah Winslow, REALSynergy director for Ocwen. "A big advantage of the partnership with Hyland Software is that our users no longer have to leave their primary business application to consult paper files or navigate between disconnected systems to get the information they need to perform daily tasks." REALSynergy offers its users a highly automated, full-feature platform for servicing commercial and multifamily loans. Users can work with any loan structure to monitor multiple investors, borrowers and properties for each loan. The integration with OnBase allows Ocwen customers to access the necessary documents for loan monitoring through the REALSynergy interface, eliminating the need to work between both programs or with paper files and/or documents. "Hyland Software's alliance with Ocwen provides an additional opportunity for our company to offer essential processing capabilities that allow lenders to remain productive in a trying economic time," said Jason King, director of financial services and insurance for Hyland Software. "With enhancements to workflow and document management, both Ocwens staff and customer base will reap the benefits." For more information, visit www.ocwen.com or www.onbase.com.
