Maximum Acceleration Press Release

Pact gives OCN guaranteed live CE at shows, creates nationwide opportunity for Maximum Acceleration

Maximum Acceleration LLC, a premier provider of NMLS-approved continuing education, today announced that it had signed a multi-year agreement to be the exclusive provider of live NMLS-license renewal classes at Originator Connect Network conferences and events across the United States.

The pact immediately gives Maximum Acceleration a live presence in more than 25 major markets in the nation. It also guarantees the Originator Connect Network that it will be able to continue to provide high-quality, free, live classes to originators attending its events.

"When I took the post of CEO at Maximum Acceleration, I promised to find new and innovative ways to provide education to NMLS licensees," said LaDonna Lockard, the education company's leader. "I did not waste any time. What better way to start than to partner with a highly-respected company that produces more mortgage events in the country than any other organization. We're applying the concept of Maximum Acceleration to our own growth."

Maximum Acceleration is an NMLS-licensed provider of continuing education for mortgage originators. The Originator Connect Network is the country's largest producer of mortgage conferences, with more than two dozen shows each year. Its flagship conference, Originator Connect in Las Vegas in August, is the largest mortgage conference in the nation for origination professionals. Annually, OCN serves more than 20,000 live attendees. Last year, nearly 5,000 loan originators took its complimentary NMLS license renewal classes.

"Since our inception, we've always included an additional day when attendees could get their federal NMLS requirements completed, in a live class and for free," said OCN CEO Vincent Valvo. "With so many providers retreating primarily to online education, we were concerned about being able to continue that. But Maximum Acceleration has stepped up as a great partner. Live NMLS classes are hard to produce, which is why so many other schools have shied away, or retreated to only regional offerings. But Maximum Acceleration was not only willing to make the commitment to us, they were willing to commit for several years. We're so thrilled to be able to work with LaDonna Lockard and her team on this."

Lockard noted that by inking the deal to be OCN's exclusive provider, it will give Maximum Acceleration the ability to "go into areas such as New Orleans, Florida, Dallas, Phoenix, New England, Atlanta and so many more where we can piggyback off our conference offering to bring even more live opportunities to loan originators."

"We understand the convenience of online education," Lockard noted. "But we also know many LOs love the interaction of live training. We're not going to lessen our commitment to that."

Maximum Acceleration is a cutting-edge NMLS-approved provider of pre-licensing and mortgage continuing education. It embraces its mission to provide the highest quality education at the most affordable prices, Maximum Acceleration produces regular symposia to bring new ideas and practices to mortgage industry leaders, as well as providing NMLS-approved education classes to loan originators across the nation.
