In his new role, Matthew will be responsible for originating and underwriting new loan transactions on all property types ranging from $1-$100 million. Most recently, Matthew was with KSI Capital as director of origination where he was responsible for the origination department, as well as handling all aspects of the loan process. With an extensive background in sales and more than five years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Matthew is expected to help Kennedy Funding to continue being a leader in the private money industry.
