Embrace Home Loans opens another new Virginia branch

Jun 02, 2010

Embrace Home Loans, a direct lender for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, approved by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and an issuer for Ginnie Mae, has officially opened a new branch in Lynchburg, Va., located at 103A Paulette Circle. The new Embrace Home Loans branch will be managed by 23-year industry veteran Billy Woolridge. Woolridge has contributed numerous articles on local and national housing market trends. With its team’s combined 65 years of lending experience, the Lynchburg branch is the largest non-bank owned mortgage lender in the area. “We are pleased to join the Embrace Home Loans team,” said Woolridge. “By joining Embrace, we now have access to the most advanced technology solutions in the industry. We look forward to leveraging this technology to continue to bring exceptional service and competitive, honest financing assistance to families in the Lynchburg and surrounding communities.” Embrace Home Loans is rapidly expanding its operations in the consolidated market. The Lynchburg branch provides the entire loan process from application to closing, and because it is not a broker, the process is much more efficient. The branch offers conventional, FHA and VA loan products as well as VHDA and USDA programs. Embrace was recognized as one of the “Best Medium-Sized Companies to Work for in America,” as well as one of the “INC 5,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America.” “Billy and his team have worked together for many years and have proven themselves by continually providing the Lynchburg community with one-on-one service and a genuine lending experience," said Dennis Hardiman, chief executive officer and founder of Embrace Home Loans. "As leaders in their community, the branch now couples their significant experience with Embrace’s technological resources, providing consumers with superior service, whether purchasing or re-financing their home. We’re very eager to work with this team and look forward to serving the Lynchburg area.” For more information, visit www.embracehomeloans.com.
