Dec 28, 2010

Ellie Mae, the enterprise mortgage origination technology provider for mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, community banks, credit unions and other mortgage lenders, has appointed Alan Henricks as the newest member to serve on the Ellie Mae Board of Directors. Henricks will also join the Board’s Audit Committee. He has over 30 years of experience as a chief financial officer (CFO), primarily focusing on emerging technology companies, including software and consumer electronics providers. “We are pleased to welcome Alan to our Board of Directors,” said Sig Anderman, Ellie Mae’s founder and chief executive officer. “We look forward to his contributions.” Henricks is currently an independent consultant, advising technology companies and start-ups. For the past 15 months, as an independent consultant, he has been the acting chief financial officer of Livescribe, a consumer electronics company. Prior to that, he was the chief financial officer of Pure Digital Technologies, creator of the Flip video camera. “Ellie Mae’s evolution throughout the mortgage industry’s tumultuous and unpredictable climate over the past decade is a real testament to Sig Anderman’s high standards for quality and his strong business acumen,” said Henricks. “I am looking forward to helping Ellie Mae continue to shape the industry with innovative services and technologies. It is an honor to serve on the Board of Directors.” For more information, visit www.EllieMae.com.
