Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. announced the recent hiring of David D. Davis, former branch manager and partner from Cobalt Mortgage. David will be heading up our newest Retail Branch in the metropolitan region of Washington. Davis comes to PRMG with 23 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry.
David has been consistently ranked in the Top 10 percent of Originators nationally by multiple publications. David was instrumental in building three mortgage companies in the past – Qpoint Home Mortgage Loans; Homestar Lending; and most recently, Cobalt Mortgage. David’s Cobalt Branch‘s average monthly closing production was an astonishing $18 Million per month in 2013!
Davis has numerous designations and affiliations with state and nation-wide associations. He is licensed by the state of Washington as a licensed real estate finance instructor; CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist); and a member of the CORE Training, Inc. Behind the scenes, David is happily married with two children and one grandchild. His hobbies include golf, travel, cooking, fast cars, and his dogs.
In his new position as branch manager, David will be responsible for recruiting; developing a strong presence in the northwest region; and overseeing monthly production and operations for his branch.
