LoanLogics has hired Leah Fox as senior vice president customer success because of the growth of the company, expansion of its capabilities and diversity of market segments served. “At the core of LoanLogics’ focus on customer success lies a different way of thinking about project delivery and client services,” said Brian K. Fitzpatrick, president and CEO of LoanLogics. “Leah brings a wealth of experience, innovative thinking and a unique set of skills that span business and technology experience, making her the ideal person to take our account management and implementation processes the next level."
In her role as senior vice president customer success, she will build new, world class customer success initiatives and lead the LoanLogics customer success organization, which includes technical sales support, delivery, training, account management, customer service, as well as, software testing and quality assurance.
Prior to joining LoanLogics, Fox served as head of solution delivery services for eBay Enterprise and was responsible for project management, business analysis, technical sales support, change enablement and training. She led cross-functional initiatives that involved e-commerce operations including merchandising, analysis, usability, customer service, fulfillment, technology and online marketing.
Fox has also worked at several insurance and technology companies serving as an IT manager, product manager and product development manager. She was responsible for establishing project management office (PMO) and best practices, as well as managing IT projects such as budget control, software quality control, project scheduling and human resources management. Also, she acted as IT Liaison with Internal Audit for Sarbanes-Oxley and other IT controls audits and has held the status of PMP (Project Management Professional).
