Greystone Adds Tim Stevens as Senior Originator

Greystone has announced that Tim Stevens has joined the company as a senior originator. Focusing primarily on FHA lending products targeted to borrowers in the Southeast and nationally, Stevens will report to Betsy Vartanian, head of Greystone's FHA Lending Group. Stevens brings 12-plus years of commercial real estate and multifamily finance experience to Greystone, and has closed more than $700 million in loans during his career. He was most recently a vice president at Alliant Capital, funding a variety of multifamily assets, including student, seniors, affordable, bridge and market rate loans. Prior to Alliant Capital, Stevens was the southeast region vice president at Johnson Capital. He has also served as national sales director for AmVest Capital, where he managed production for multiple territory reps throughout the Eastern United States, ranking as top producer for three consecutive years from 2005 to 2007.
