HomeBridge Expands Into NorCal With New Branch Led by Christin Blair

Jun 19, 2014

HomeBridge Financial Services Inc. continues to grow across the country with a new branch location in the Northern California city of Stockton. The branch is led by Christin Blair, a 30-year mortgage industry veteran with an intimate knowledge of the San Joaquin County housing market. Under Blair, HomeBridge’s new Stockton office will continue to provide local residents and the real estate community with the same high level of customer service and dedication that HomeBridge has been known for nationwide the last 25 years. HomeBridge is one of the largest non-bank mortgage lenders in the U.S., with nearly 1,400 associates in more than 90 offices across the country. Blair brings an exceptional set of skills and history to HomeBridge’s Stockton location. In addition to being the office’s branch manager, she is also a loan originator with a strong underwriting background that included an FHA direct endorsement and a VA Lender Appraisal Processing Program designation, giving her unique insight into the entire mortgage process for the benefit of the Stockton branch’s customers. This rare set of attributes are what enable Blair to offer her customers superior customer service and advice on the best mortgage options to fit the individual needs of each borrower. Prior to joining HomeBridge, mortgage teams under Blair’s management have received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for their innovative strategies in the lending industry, as well as the Central Valley Association of Realtors “Affiliate of the Year” award. The HomeBridge branch in Stockton is both a current affiliate member of the Central Valley Association of REALTORS and the Lodi Association of REALTORS. “After three decades in this industry, I chose to join HomeBridge because the company is truly leading the way in terms of customer service on a national level and also has an incredibly diverse range of mortgage options suitable for the different types of borrowers in our area. With HomeBridge, I can offer Central Valley residents and real estate professionals the high level of customer service my teams here have always been known for, but now with the speed, stability and support that comes with being part of an established national mortgage lender,” said Blair. To celebrate the opening of the new Stockton branch, HomeBridge will be holding an event for local REALTORS and real estate agents featuring Brian Stevens and Frank Garay from the popular web video series, The National Real Estate Post. Taking place at the Hilton Stockton on June 25, the event will educate real estate industry professionals on how to best promote area homes to potential buyers as the San Joaquin County housing market begins its anticipated rebound. More information and registration for the event can be found online.
