Luxury Mortgage Adds Four to New York Branch

Luxury Mortgage Corp. has announced that it has hired three new mortgage loan originators for its Garden City, N.Y. branch location. Robert Bram, a 30-year mortgage banking veteran has joined the firm and will serve as managing director. Bram joins Luxury Mortgage from GFI Mortgage where he most recently managed a branch location based in Melville, N.Y. Prior to his time at GFI, he served as vice president of originations for the mortgage unit of Prudential Douglas Elliman, and was the top producer at the company during his 15 year tenure. Bram is an active member of the Long Island Board of Realtors and has been honored for Lifetime Achievement in Strathmore’s "Who’s Who Guide." Bram holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in finance from UCLA.
Additionally, Thomas Lupski and Thomas Kennedy have joined the firm as mortgage loan originators and Denise Hartmann as loan processor. All three worked with Bram at GFI Mortgage for the past five years.
"Robert is an exceptional complement to the Luxury team, an accomplished and distinguished mortgage professional who has achieved success at the highest echelon of the U.S mortgage industry” said Robert Grosser, president of Luxury Mortgage. “He brings a broad range of mortgage banking expertise and leadership ability that will be instrumental in further establishing Luxury as a market leader on Long Island."
“Joining Luxury is a terrific opportunity to work with David, Rob, and their talented executive team, and to apply my experience to further expand the firm’s presence on Long Island, said Bram. “What attracted me to Luxury is its entrepreneurial, success-driven culture and already-well-rounded team of mortgage lending, and executive talent. The firm has accomplished much already over its 18 year existence, and I’m looking forward to helping continue the momentum.”
