eLEND/AFR Builds Upon Leadership Team With Addition of Brian L. Pair

eLEND/AFR continues the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of Brian L. Pair as corporate fulfillment/operations management. Pair is a corporate fulfillment/operations management expert skilled in mortgage operations, fulfillment and quality control intelligence, identifying best practices, loan quality efficiencies and new business opportunities. Prior to joining eLEND/AFR, Brian served as vice president of national operations at Proficio Mortgage Ventures (subsidiary of Proficio Bank) where he was responsible for all production activities and operations management. Over the span of his career, Brian served as divisional/regional operations manager in the northeast for Prospect Mortgage and senior operations manager at IndyMac Bank as well as senior operations manager at Conti Mortgage. “We are excited to have Brian join our leadership team,” said David Margulies, eLEND/AFR EVP of Global Sales.
