GSF Mortgage Bolsters Staff in San Diego

GSF Mortgage has announce the addition of David Pelesh as branch manager in the firm's San Diego, Calif. branch. Pelesh is a graduate from Arizona State University with a degree in business and economics. After college, he worked for a call center in Phoenix, where he got a taste of the mortgage industry. When he moved to San Diego, he accepted a position with a mortgage broker. Pelesh primarily works with purchase and refinance loans along with VA loans, which is one of the only loan programs available to active military and veterans that still allows the borrower to finance 100 percent of the home’s value and purchase with no money down. Pelesh understands that purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions his customers will make. He stays upfront and honest with them throughout the mortgage process. He is always confident in himself, which in turn makes his customers confident in their decision. “David brings growth opportunities to GSF Mortgage.
