Keith Frachiseur Named RVP for Envoy Mortgage's Pacific Northwest Region

Envoy Mortgage has named Keith Frachiseur to the new post of regional vice president for the Pacific Northwest territory. A highly experienced mortgage banker and a well-known industry figure in the area, Frachiseur will lead the company’s expansion in the tri-state region through organic growth and strategic branch acquisitions.
Frachiseur is a native of the area who has spent virtually his entire career in the mortgage industry after attending Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. He has served in senior management roles for over 25 years, and joins Envoy after three years as president of Bellevue, Washington-based mortgage banker Axia Financial. In the mid-1990s, he was a commissioner of the Washington State Mortgage Brokerage Commission and was president of the Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers prior to transitioning his company into mortgage banking. In this newly created position, Frachiseur is tasked with building on the existing Envoy retail presence in the area with Realtors, builders and borrowers. He reports directly to Envoy President and CEO Pat Walden.
“We are completely committed to this important region of the country as we continue Envoy’s national expansion,” says Walden. “Keith Frachiseur is a gifted leader and is highly respected throughout the Pacific Northwest as a mortgage professional. We are delighted to have an executive of his caliber on our team, opening branches and building the Envoy brand with these new customers.”
Frachiseur is thoroughly experienced in growing branch networks. As president of Bellevue-based Evergreen Home Loans, he grew the company from three branches to 22 branches in four years, focusing on referrals as he built production that was comprised 80 percent of purchase loans in a market dominated by refinances.
“Envoy is perfectly positioned for today’s demanding purchase market environment,” says Frachiseur. “I was immediately impressed with the leadership, culture, financial stability and the support staff’s commitment to service excellence,” he says. “Envoy’s award-winning technology, among the industry’s first to become paperless and electronically efficient, helps create fantastic borrower experiences, and provides a strong advantage as we recruit retail loan officers for the Pacific Northwest region,” he notes.
