HomeBridge Announces New Additions in Pennsylvania Branches

Jul 15, 2014

HomeBridge Financial Services Inc. continues to expand its presence in Pennsylvania with the addition of two new associates to its Chambersburg and Harrisburg, Pa. offices. Tammy Meyers, whose career includes working with some of the largest mortgage lenders in the country, has joined HomeBridge’s Chambersburg branch in the role of mortgage loan originator. In HomeBridge’s Harrisburg office, Tom Martindale has joined the team in the dual role of mortgage loan originator and sales manager, bringing with him nearly 30 years of lending industry experience. HomeBridge has been in business for 25 years and has more than 90 offices across the country, including additional Pennsylvania locations in Lancaster, Lehigh Valley, Leighton and York. While HomeBridge offers a diverse array of mortgage products, its national leadership in renovation lending represents a particularly unique value to home buyers and real estate professionals in Pennsylvania’s mature housing market. Renovation mortgages, which bundle the cost of a home’s repair work into the total loan amount, are ideal solutions for first time buyers who are having a difficult time finding homes that are within their price range that also have the features and aesthetic appeal they find desirable. “HomeBridge offers a best of both worlds scenario for anyone looking to buy a home in Pennsylvania, as well as Realtors and other local industry professionals. HomeBridge’s associates have the dedication to customer service you’d expect from a small local business, but we also have the stability and flexibility that comes with being one of the largest, privately held mortgage lenders in the country,” said Steven Siegel, HomeBridge’s manager for the Central Pennsylvania region.
